Kevin McMahon serves the Palm Beach Atlantic men’s soccer program as a Senior Program Advisor.

The father of head coach Brian McMahon, “Papa Mac” has been coaching since 1980.

In his role as the Palm Beach Atlantic Senior Advisor he will be helping Coach Mac in many aspects of the program, including player development and community relationship building.

The elder McMahon founded two club soccer teams in his hometown of Mansfield, Ohio, during the 1980’s. His club record as the coach of Mansfield Liederkranz over a span of 10 years (1983-1993) was 106 wins, 9 losses, and 6 draws.

Kevin was also a varsity and junior varsity coach at Mansfield Christian High School from 1991-94, the Senior Advisor at Greenville College from 2000-2011, and the Senior Advisor at Belhaven University from 2011-13.

McMahon is retired from Ideal Electric Company in Mansfield, Ohio after 35 years in the field. He is also a licensed professional Santa Claus and serves the community as Santa in various hospitals, charities, church events, private parties, and parades. He is married to wife Diane and has four grandchildren: Mackenzie, Abby, Keegan, and Ally Parker.



Rodrigo Suarez began his tenure with the Sailfish men’s soccer team in 2014 as an assistant coach while pursuing his master’s degree at the University.

Coach Suarez assists head coach Brian McMahon with the daily operations of the program including practice sessions, travel, scouting, recruiting and other duties as assigned.

Suarez comes to Palm Beach Atlantic from Belhaven (Miss.) University where he completed his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry while performing as a member of the Blazers men’s soccer team for two seasons. During this time he was a member of the 2012 NAIA National championship team at Belhaven while making his mark as an All-Conference center-back a year later as a senior.

In his two campaigns with BU Suarez played in 41 matches while settling in as a team leader.

He also excelled in the classroom as evidenced by him being named a NAIA Scholar-Athlete in addition to being selected as an All-Conference honoree by the Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) in 2013.

A native of Carlos Paz, Argentina, Suarez attended Tyler (Texas) Junior College prior to his time at Belhaven and will be pursuing his master’s in business administration (MBA) at PBA.



Lucas Martorana is in his second season with the Sailfish men's soccer program as an assistant coach. Martorana assists the coaching staff with daily operations including goalkeeper training, travel, scouting, recruiting, equipment management and other duties as assigned. 
Martorana comes to Palm Beach Atlantic from Success Academy Soccer Program where he served as a coach and administrator providing free youth soccer programs as part of school design to underserved youth in Harlem, Bronx, and Brooklyn. In addition to his time at SA soccer program, Martorana has coached youth soccer for over ten years in Ohio, Florida, and New York. 
Coach Martorana was a member of the SUNY Buffalo men's soccer team for three seasons and captained Malone University men's soccer for one season. While at Malone he earned NCCAA All Region and All Conference accolades. Martorana earned his degree in Mathematics and continued on at Malone to serve as an assistant coach of the men's soccer program for four years. During that time he also earned his master's in school counseling and guidance, ran after school programs, and played semi-professionally in the USL, PDL, and MISL.  He has worked as an academic advisor for four years at Florida State University and currently splits his time at PBA as the Head of East Coast Sales and Business Development with Soccer Uniform and Equipment Company, Gear FC.
Coach Martorana holds his NSCAA Director of Coaching, Advanced National, National, Futsal, Goalkeeper level 1 diplomas and is pursuing his USSF D License.
A native of Warren, Ohio, Martorana and his wife Christine are expecting their first child in the fall of 2017.


Guido Riffeser is in his first season with the Sailfish men's soccer program as an assistant coach. Riffeser assists the coaching staff with daily operations including practice sessions, travel, recruiting, academic monitoring, and other duties as assigned. 
Riffeser comes to Palm Beach Atlantic from Montana State University-Billings where he served as an assistant coach. He helped lead the team to a 9-6-3 record and to a No. 10 final ranking in the West Region in 2017. 
Coach Riffeser holds the USSF D License.
Prior to his coaching experience at MSU-Billings, Riffeser worked in the Sponsorship Sales department of the Fort Lauderdale Strikers in the North American Soccer League (NASL).
A native of Selva Val Gardena, Italy, Riffeser earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at Nova Southeastern University and his Master’s degree in Public Relations at Montana State University-Billings.


Zac is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Sailfish after a four-year playing career with the 'Fish.  Zac is from Seneca S.C. and scored five goals in his Sailfish playing career while competing in 42 total matches.
